Email Support Terms and Conditions
As part of your Premium Membership, you have access to direct email support with Lisa.
This is designed to give you more personalised guidance when you need it alongside everything already included in the membership.
What's included?
- You can send up to 5 email questions per calendar month
- Each email question should focus on one situation, challenge, or area of support
- You can use all 5 questions on the same issue if you need to.
- Lisa will respond with an email to each question containing thoughtful, personalised guidance based on your child and family
This is your space to ask the questions that feel too personal, too specific, or too nuanced for a group setting.
Response Time
Lisa will respond to your emails within 3 working days.
Often it may be sooner but this time frame allows space for thoughtful, considered responses that genuinely support you.
How to Use Your Email Support
To make sure you get the most value from this support:
- Keep each email clear and focused
- Where helpful, include brief context about your child or situation
- Try to prioritise the questions that feel most important right now
This allows Lisa to give you the most meaningful and relevant guidance possible.
A Few Important Boundaries
To keep this support sustainable and supportive for everyone:
- Email support is not for urgent or crisis situations
- It is intended for guidance and support, not ongoing daily back-and-forth communication
- Follow-up clarification may be provided where needed, but extended email threads may be redirected to other support options (e.g. coaching or live sessions)

Monthly Usage
- Your allowance of 5 questions resets at the start of each calendar month
- Unused questions do not roll over
